this panel uses micro usb to charge the ring cameras. this will only work if the camera in question uses micro usb. I know older drop cams are not rated for outdoor. this will only work if you camera has a female micro usb port as it source of charging. the other issue will be keeping water or moisture out of the port on other brands. the way the ring panel has a cover over the port might not work for others.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The solar panel charges a batter in the ring. I don't think the voltage is adequate for any other camera. Most solar panel generate electricity to be stored not used the way you're thinking.
