“Would these work with Google home and if so is the functionality limited? I read a review from a couple years ago that said the functionality was extremely limited but I was wondering if that had been improved upon.”

for pathlights, it works fine. i think the limitations stem from video and doorbell stuff. mine just lights up via motion detection and set up light schedule
