The plug-in does not include batteries. You can buy batteries and you only need 1 battery but there’s space for 2. It doesn’t appear that you can enable the camera to run off it in a backup scenario. So it may be a waste of $35.

Wireless come with a battery. Although just one battery. Even the one that hs space for two Batteries only came with one. U can buy the other one if I choose. And I would.

Can take two batteries, but mine works pretty well with just one battery as backup should power go out for shorter interval. Of course two batteries would provide longer function if per goes out.
