How much data (WiFi) speeds do I need null

This is from the manufacture: Requires a minimum upload speed of 1Mbps, but 2 Mbps is recommended for optimal performance for for Connectivity 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi connection @ 2.4GHz. I have the Netgear AX12 which is a really great router and I have two of my cameras about 75feet from the router with no issues.
