When you say indicator light is it on the camera or battery? If the battery is showing fully charged, you said 2,then it's probably the camera. Contact Ring, they will be able to walk you through the process of figuring it out.

Select your Wi-Fi network in your phone settings, select the option to forget it, then reconnect to it to confirm that you’re using the correct password during setup.
