A:AnswerI have both. The spotlights provide their own light but they also have decent night vision. The new stick up camera wired has great night vision. It gets a great view of my front lawn and the picture is very clear with the ambient light from a streetlight from the curb. Both are very good options but I think the stick up camera may be slightly better and probably easier to setup with more mounting and setup options.

But with no internet and using hotspot not sure you would get the desired speed and effectiveness. Ask a friend to try it with their hotspot you buy and have a return policy of like 14 days.
