You should be able to do so. As shown in the marketing picture this Ring camera comes with one round mounting plate and two rectangular mounting plates. One of these is for a box installed vertical and the other horizontal. The camera is moumted to this bracket with a coupler that will swivel slightly up and down or side to side.
