Can I use spotlight in an apartment? null

This item needs to be hardwired into something such as replacing an existing light fixture. It does not plug into an AC outlet or run a battery. I would say you need to ask your landlord.

It only has 4 screws that hold the base plate, so I so not see why not. The main problem would be making it theft proof. You would need to mount it up high to make it harder to steal.
