• The only issue would be the WiFi signal. You can test with cell phone. Go to the stop you want to install. Connect to you WiFi and go to an internet speed test site and see what you get. If you get high latency and low done and up, look into repeaters to boost signal.

• It will work wherever you have a good wifi signal. If unsure, run a speed test on your iPhone standing in the location where you plan to mount the doorbell or camera. If you have a good signal there, it will work.

• It depends on what the signal is at that spot and which direction it's coming from. Metal garage doors seem to be problematic.
