They have an alarm function, select the offending camera. On the bottom of the screen there are two icons one of them is siren. You can select to turn it off.

Please check the following items: Bring your Stick Up Camera near your router and trigger an event. If the sound improves, you may want to add a Chime Pro to your setup to improve connectivity. If the sound does not improve, try holding the setup button down for twenty seconds and testing again. Remove the power source from your Stick Up Cam for twenty seconds, reinsert it, then test audio again.
