- Answer Hello, One Ring account can be used to control multiple devices. QuestionI would like information about using video doorbel in an RV (that is at RV camping site, usually has public wifi and while gone or at different location, but our iPhones have LTE, are able to access the app if miles away from doorbell?

- Answer If the wifi connection at the RV spot is good and stable, you'll be able to use the LTE service on your cell devices to access the ring doorbell from anywhere if you also have a good and stable connection.

- Answer No, phone app has a button to access live view when every you want. Frequent live view will deplete the battery even if it is hardwired.

- Answer Yes, it has a battery. It keeps a good charge. The battery goes down slow and it can be 2 or so weeks before you see the battery life change. It says on the app that of you are constantly watching the live view, yoir battery life can decrease faster. We have 2 phones connected to our Ring and we are good with the battery.

- Answer I don’t think you can do that. You really need to call Ring for that question. I hooked the two wires from my house ringer to the two wire connections in the Ring doorbell. The instructions never approached wiring any other way. Only battery power was the alternative.

QuestionHave ordered the unit with the 780 resolution. Concerned about the picture. Is this resolution pretty clear or is there a very noticeable difference going to the 1080 resolution.

- Answer You aren't missing much. I have both the 780 and 1080 and the 1080 allows you to zoom in still have sharp detail. But if you're I installing on your porch, you'll be very satisfied. Daytime and nighttime is great on the 780. Not a huge difference in my opinion.
