A:Answer Go into your settings and click on 'battery' and make sure it says 'hardwired'. If not, take it apart and check your connections and it they look good, do a voltage check on the wires to make sure you're getting power to the device. I know this may sound too simple, but also made sure your old doorbell power supply didn't get unplugged when you installed the Ring doorbell. I hope this helps.
