“This boxed version does not have a choice of cover plate colors. Online videos show a larger box with both black and silver covers. Also, there is no "look down" back plate. Can I buy these somewhere?”

It only comes with a silver faceplate, but once I purchased mine & registered it at rimg.com I received an email for FREE colored faceplate of my choice. Arrived in the mail few days after I claimed it. Also, additional faceplates are offered on Amazon.
