Hi Bones,

Great question.

You are absolutely able to install a Ring Video Doorbell on both your front and back door. Since your back door does not have a pre-existing doorbell, I would suggest you purchase either or Ring Video Doorbell or Ring Video Doorbell 2 which can both be battery operated. You can install a battery operated doorbell on your front door as well, however, you do also have the option to hardwire either our Ring Video Doorbell 2, Ring Video Doorbell, or Ring Pro.
