I purchased this bundle and attempted installing today. I’ve tried like crazy to connect the chime pro to an outlet but it doesn’t appear that something is correct. Is this not made for a US outlet? Am I missing something?? Photo attached. null

In the box, it comes with a slide on adaptor to fit U.S. electrical outlets.

If it weren’t made for a US outlet it wouldn’t fit the outlet when you tried to connect, go back and check the installation step by step assuming you bought a Ring compatible device.

Mine worked just fine (US). I assume you got it to work by now? Did you add it in the ap?
