Yes if you wire it to your regular doorbell wires. Or you can buy the chime ($30) and then it will be all wireless.

Yes, If you have a Ring Pro technically you do not need a chime or Chime Pro because it is already connected to your existing doorbell which usually already has an indoor chime.
