“I thought each Ring Video Doorbell Pro came with 4 color trim options but it appears the way Best Buy is advertising this model it is only satin nickel. Is this version truly only satin nickel? Thank you”

No. It has three alternate trim plates: black, brown and beige.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They come with the interchangeable face plates like you mentioned. The nickel satin is the color the doorbell has on it when you open the box. There are 3 other colors also included.
