“Do you need wire this in to your old door bell or can it just be batteries. We do not have a door bell since it is a mobile home. So trying to look for a ring doorbell that does need wired installations.”

• The ring can be installed without wiring however you will need to take it down Periodically to charge it as it charges using a USB cable not a traditional battery.
