To increase the volume on the Ring Video Doorbell (2020 Release) please navigate to the device settings page within the app. Then click on Device Settings. Under Volume Settings, you will see Ringer, toggle the slider bar to the desired volume you'd like. For the Ring Chime, you will want to navigate to the device settings page within the Ring app. Then click on Audio Settings. On the Chime Tones page, you'll notice there is a volume slider bar.
