Hello Simmi99, The device not ringing your home's internal chime kit properly is a sign of power issues to the Ring Pro. Did this just start happening? Verifying you have a properly rated transformer installed is a great first step! This device requires 16-24 VAC, 40VA max, and 50/60Hz. You could need a new Ring Pro power kit installed inside your home's chime kit.
