Is this available in stores null

yes it is but not every store carries them and if they do there might be one in the store

We did buy the TiVo at Best Buy, but the first store we went to did not carry them (online it said it was available when we got there it wasn't) but another store within 20 miles did have it and we went and got it. I would call the store first to make sure, it works great happy with purchase from Best Buy.

It's available in SOME Best Buy stores. There are three Best Buy stores in my area. Two of the three did not carry this item in store, only one did. Use the store locator function and it should help determine if a store in your area has one available on the shelf.
