Thanks for your inquiry! The ROCCAT Magma keyboard does have adjustable brightness. You can use the ROCCAT Swarm software to adjust the brightness. Alternatively, you can adjust the brightness on the keyboard itself. By holding the "FN" key and pressing the "Cursor Up" key, you can increase the brightness. By holding the "FN" key and pressing the "Cursor Down" key, you can decrease the brightness. If you have any other questions please reach out directly to our dedicated Support Team. Using Swarm, you can adjust the keyboard's illumination to your lighting to customize both color and brightness. There are also a few patterns available. Given that the keyboard has a pretty large LED surface, you may indeed perceive it as quite bright at the highest setting. However, you can also always turn down the brightness.
