Hello, the USB ports on this device are 2.1A total - If using one port the device will receive the full 2.1A; when using both, the amperage will be shared between the two devices. Regards, Daniel T. - Rocketfish Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They are rated at 5V/2.1 Amps and the other ratings such as 2.0 or 3.0 won't really apply here since they are not transferring data. Those values typically indicate how fast data can be transferred from one device to the next. Heres a little more info: 1) The port you're using. Most PC USB ports will only output 500mA, some 700mA, and very rare ones 1A. If you connect your phone to a port with a limited current output, no matter if you use a cable made of unicorn hairs and Irish gold, it will still charge your phone 500mA at a time. 2) The cable rating. If the port you're using can output enough Amps to make charging faster (newer wall chargers will output 1.5 or 2A, typically), you also need a good cable to go along. If your cable came with your phone, chances are it will be able to sustain 2A charging rates without problems. But if you're buying a 3rd party cable, check the Amp rating. USB 2 or 3 won't matter if the cable can only sustain 1A charges.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Might be 2.0
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.2.1 Amps shared between the ports.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It says 2.1 A, total current. So I would assume they are both 2.1 A. On the strip itself it says "5V 2.1 A".
