A:Answer Not good, brother. Mfg says both lights should be working to be protected. Ground light only means you are grounded. The other light says you’re protected for voltage/power surges. Mfg says you may have had an overload. My thoughts are to disconnect all the plugs, wait a few minutes and then plug the main connector back in. If still no light, reread my first sentence. I’d call Rocketfish customer service (800-620-2790). Hopefully it’s still in the 1-yr warranty period. While figuring things out, keep your eye on the weather.
