If you are having an issue with our Rocketfish™ - 12-Outlet Strip/1-USB-C/1-USB 4,680 Joules Surge Protector, kindly unplug all the devices from the strip, then unplug the power strip itself from the power outlet, and then turn off the outlet strip. After a few minutes, plug the power strip back into the outlet, open the outlet strip, and then reconnect your devices. Patricia | Rocketfish Support

• Turn the unit off then turn it back on. If there's no light, the surge protected your equipment. Now you need a new surge protector. Be thankful at worked.
