QuestionI bought this product. It works great showing my satellite box on both tv's. When I switch my first TV to Smart App features like You Tube or netflix, that shows on the first TV, the satellite on the other. How do I get Smart Apps to show on both TV's?

This splitter is mainly used for separating the audio and display signals from your source input. In case you wanted to use this for splitting a display into two with your computer as your source, you may change the projection settings of the computer depending on your preference (e.g. pc screen only, duplicate, extend, or second screen only. QuestionI just upgraded my Frontier service and my splitter doesn't work. I have 2 TVs sharing the same signal and simultaneously showing the same programming on both TVs. After upgrading my service and getting a new cable box, it doesn't work! Help!

QuestionI am using this device with 3 Rocketfish 4K HDR HDMI cables. Everything is brand new. I am using for PS5, when connected, I can only get 4K HDR out of my monitor OR my capture card; if both outputs are plugged in I just get 1080p. What am I doing wrong?

It is actually recommended to use this HDMI splitter to connect with Audio Devices (AV receiver or soundbar) and Display Devices (HD TV, monitor or projector) simultaneously. Using this splitter to connect with two display devices will actually divide the resolution of the source input. So, if the source input is 4K, it will be divided into 1080p per display device.
