Almost if not all electronic cabling is vulnerable to a lo-level nuclear Electro-Magnetic Pulse; but I have had my cabling hooked up in a smalltown setting with other telephone high-speed internet cabling and have experienced no detectable impact or cross-over feed. If you are under a TV tower, high voltage transmission tower or electronic towers, I would check with your Best Buy Geek Squad local store which should have visibility of any problems experienced in your vicinity.
