Data transfer if 15 gbps and it is being used on my Samsung plasma with great results.

I can tell you that our current cables are rated at 10.2Gbps, which will support 1080p video with Deep Color at 60 frames/second. The TV refresh rate is actually independent of the cable speed, so it doesn’t matter what the refresh rate of your TV is.
