The pack I bought had black and white grommets for different size wires. They were placed in the package with the paperwork.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There are two packages of groments to allow for different size speaker wire. There are 10 banana plugs, 5 each of black and red. You usually do not have to strip the ends of the speaker wires. Just follow the included instructions and it is an easy installation.

If they are not there I would call Best Buy and see if they can help. As for why it only comes 5 sets is because they are used to connect wires to amps not to speakers.
