“Will this mount be able to be mounted perfectly between two door frames? I'm getting a 55" (measured diagonally as we know) HDTV (which is actually 52.28" wide) to be mounted on this full-motion wall mount. The available wall is measured 55.25" between two door frames - meaning a little under 3" wall space left. Will it be easy to install this mount so that the TV, when in a closed arm position, it will be perfectly centered with about 1.5" on each side. If so, how will the installation be done to ensure this? Does this mount have this capability and still be mounted on the wall studs (which should be every 16")?”

It definitely is possible but you might not be able to hit a stud it all depends on where your studs you could always use toggle bolts If there isn't a stud right where you need it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.After the wall mount is fixed to the wall with the included lag bolts, the mount has adjustments to move the TV up to several inches either left or right then re tighten the Allen head screws and it should work fine.
