“My unit did not have all bolts included, how do I order the bolts separately?”

• I had to get shorter bolts to mount TV to mount, to prevent possibility of screws puncturing TV internals. Local ACE hardware had proper screws. Remember - they are metric. Place mount on back of TV and measure depth to TV "internals" - I cut piece off index card, and marked depth with felt tip marker. Then selected screws little bit shorter to ensure no contact with TV internals when tightened down. Don't get too short a bolt, ensure you have full thread engagement, or TV could become detached. Selection of bolts that came with Rocketfish mount was nice, but did not contain what I needed.

• Unfortunately, we do not carry spare bolts. You would need to either visit a local hardware store for the missing parts, or you can take it back to the place of purchase, along with your purchase receipt for possible warranty replacement.
