“How do I remove my TV from the mount? I have had my tv mounted and believe I may have thrown out the paperwork that came with the mount. Now, I want to switch TVs on the mount and cannot remember how to do it.”

Rocketfish has a pretty good support website that should allow you to download a new copy of your instruction booklet.
