QuestionProduct will not chargeI'm trying to use the contact us email portion on the rocketfish website, i get an error every time i try to submit. Here is what I'm trying to write I purchased The RocketFish Bluetooth outdoor speaker item on May 25, 2014. Just 2 months exceeding the 1 year warranty. My speaker is now no longer working. The light in the middle flashes red for a few seconds, the speaker then works for 20 seconds or so and then shuts off. It has been plugged in now for 4 days and isn't charging. I've tried several outlets and plugging it in again, nothing is working. Please help. I cannot afford to purchase a new speaker. I love this one. It's is just 1 year and 2 months old. I have the receipt, but the store won't let me return the item as the 1 year warranty is now expired.

- Answer Don't waste your time, the Bluetooth on mine stopped working literally at the one year mark, can't get warranty. This speaker was made with the cheapest parts they could find. You'll never get warranty or a straight answer out of rocketfish, I tried too, your hooped, buy a different brand and write a review about this speaker and your experience.

QuestionCan you connect this to a Bluetooth Receiver and play music from the receiver?I have a Sony STRDN850 with Bluetooth Capabilities. Can I connect the Rocket-fish Speaker to this receiver and play music from the receiver, like the radio or another audio device connected to the receiver?

- Answer You do have to turn it on so yes you would need to push the button. If you keep it plugged in then you should be good. It is very easy to connect too using Bluetooth

QuestionSpeaker to use with Apple TV to play in another roomDoes Rocketfish have a speaker that can wirelessly connect to a Samsung LED TV or to Apple TV? Do I need an additional piece of equipment to complete the setup? I want to be able to move the speaker to different rooms. Thanks in advance!

- Answer If those devices don't have a Bluetooth capability, you may need a BT dongle to be able to pair to the speaker. I have had no trouble pairing with various phones that have a BT capability. The speaker was given as a gift, so I no longer have it to verify use with a BT dongle. If you are using an AV receiver with the other devices and it has a BT capability, that should work or possibility adding a dongle to it. I HDMI connect my Directv receiver and Apple TV through the receiver for surround sound from both sources.

- Answer As long as you were not in the Hot Tub and the pump motors were not on The volume is weak.

- Answer If the speaker has been paired to the computer, you then need to go into your computer sound settings to have the device set as your default audio output device.

- Answer Make sure the speaker is on, and only one device at a time can connect, I believe (so turn bluetooth off for the other devices). That did the trick for me.

- Answer You just need a cable with mini headphone jacks on both ends. It's plug and play. I switch it between my desktop and projector.

- Answer You will need to locate a universal AC adapter with a barrel connection that fits the speaker. Also the adapter needs to provide the speaker with 18V DC 2.5 Amps.

QuestionSpeaker Mod# RF-wsp313 won't pair with my computerWhen trying to pair speaker to my HP 64bit Windows 8.1 computer it will not work, keeps saying to try again--have tried several timers but still no luck--Is there a reason why this won't work, was hoping to be able to play a cd in my drive and listen to it on the speaker.

- Answer Sometimes windows is terrible with bluetooth. I have a very nice windows laptop and it also gives me issues trying to pair to speakers. You can just hook an auxilary cable (3.5mm headphone cable) from your computers headphone jack to the AUX hole in the speaker and it will play your CDs on the speaker :-)

QuestionUnable to use more than one Indoor/Outdoor Speaker RF-WSP313???I have seen several people ask if you can pair more than one of these speakers to an iPhone or other Bluetooth device. USERS have responded they cannot connect (I cannot connect either) as the signal drops off of one and goes to the other. ROCKETFISH SUPPORT has responded with a "Yes You Can" when asked if you can pair 2 or more speakers to a bluetooth device (in this case, an iphone) but with no solution. It would make sense when configuring the speakers that each had a single identifier so the bluetooth audio source can connect to more than one. Can you please respond with HOW you can pair more than one speaker to an audio source? Because mine drops the connection and will play for one speaker at a time, only. Seems like a silly feature not to have, considering many want to put multiple speakers throughout their outdoor locations. Thank you.

- Answer You can pair up to 7 of these speakers to a source device, but the source device will only send active signal to 1 device at a time. That unfortunately is a Bluetooth restriction, and not something I would have a work around for.

- Answer The bass quality is fine. Understand it is a midrange speaker, not a woofer. It produces good sound, but your not going to get deep bass like a subwoofer, it just nicely rounds out the tones and produces an all around decent sound.

- Answer This is a Bluetooth speaker-it does not come with Pandora. You can only play Pandora through your phone/device through this speaker.

- Answer The simple and forward answer is no. I was given 4 of these and when I tried my devive would unpair from one to pair with another. I tried several methods with no luck.

- Answer No. Bluetooth capability does not allow it to be used on multiple devices. Therefore you can only use it solely with one device at any given time.
