A:Answer This is a USB device. Theoretically if you have a phone with USB, you can connect it and use it. However it will depend on driver availability and other software and system requirements.
The traditional process for connecting your car and phone are via built-in bluetooth adapters. I have seen car sterios with USB in them, but they do not have the requisite software to handle this communication.
I have not seen a phone that accepts USB devices for installation. Just data transfer.
This is a long explanation for why I don't believe you can do this. If you had a windows tablet you should be able to use this device to connect to a bluetooth capable sterio and stream music. But because of limitations in processing and lack of compatibility between this device and your normal smart phone, I don't believe this will do what you want.
