“RF-MCDT2R device drive won't show up on my computer I have a new computer with Windows 7. My husband bought me the Rocketfish Micro USB charge/sync cable. The device driver won't load or show up in the my computer tab. Do I need to download any software in order for this to work? I am trying to transfer music files to my phone.”

• The cable itself doesn't require any software, but the device you're connecting probably does. My phone requires some software to be installed so that I can transfer files.

• No driver involved - when you teather the phone it will load drivers for the phone.
