“Purchased this last week @ best buy. Used existing RG6 set up which worked fine. Plugged in Power inserter (for amplifier) with 120v power supply and the light was lit. After I tied into RG6 light wont stay on. Please advise”

Sounds like the cable is grounded. Definitely call tech support after looking at the troubleshooting section of the manual.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My amplifier dongle worked intermittently when connected and not at all when plugged in. Removing the amplifier completely made the antenna signal work. FWIW, the red light stayed on when plugged in.
