You would probably need a splitter for that to work. I would ask a bestbuy rep to show you what that is. You may already have it at home if you have/had cable tv.

In theory, you could. You will need to buy an antenna splitter and connect it after the amplifier. In practice, you could end up with a degraded reception if the TV signal is not very strong. The user manual does not indicate you can connect more than one TV. Bottomline: I would not recommend to do so.
