• i am confident Bestbuy USA may have Marketplace vendors who may service the European Market. however if Bestbuy does not ship to EU, u may search using product name and find a supplier or site that services the EU market

• I do not know. I originally ordered mine from Best Buy. Perhaps you could order it online and have it shipped I don't know. I ended up returning mine to Best Buy and bought a Wacom Bamboo Stylus. Rocketfish quit working after about a month, much more happy with the Bamboo Stylus and it has a replaceable tip.
