• That is not normal. It should make a click sound each time it’s pressed.

• you may have blown a fuse check your fuse box first that click the toggle switch a gain and see if that works if not you may have to replace it

• Mine clicks so yours might be busted. Check for a warranty from BB or manufacturer. If if still works though, it'd be up to you if it matters.

• No, this is not normal. I have two of these and both of mine make a distinctive “clicking” sound.
