• I installed in my showroom at the office and slid all the way to one side to cover the outlet As long as it is secured well to the wall you can utilize the full width of the mount. Gives more flexibility to where you need to put it.

• Yes lots of room to adjust for the stud align when off center of studs.

• I have never ran it all the way to the end, but is to one side more than the other not centered on the bracket.
