• A:Answer Well yes, this mount certainly fits the TV, BUT... it does NOT fit the WALL! Very poorly designed & engineered. Most studs in residential homes are 16" center-2-center. The mounting bracket is too short to bolt it into the studs. I had to return this wall mount for the larger Rocketfish™ - Tilting TV Wall Mount for Most 32"-90", which worked perfectly! Also, your answer to my question was untimely late and unacceptable. ~ Gunner

Q: QuestionI've had this mount installed for a 55" LG TV for almost 10 years but just upgraded to a 65" Sony. It is under the 80 lb limit for this mount and uses 400x300 VESA. Could it technically accommodate the TV or does the size render the weight limit moot?
