Additionally, I would like to know if the wires are hidden in the mount pieces, or are they visible from the wall to the speakers. It does not look like wires can be hidden within the mount arrangement.”

Wires cannot be hidden. That would have been a nice feature for sure, but it would also lose some of the strength. IMO. You could strap the wire on the backside in black to hide. Mine are not and they really don't stick out too much.

Depending on the configuration you use, there will be varying degrees of visibility between the speakers and the wall. There is a low profile option that would have the least visibility. I had to zip tie the cables above the mount since I used the tilting option.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used them for wired speakers and the wire can be "hidden" on the mount if you like with a zip tie or black tape. Otherwise they might show a bit from the wall/ceiling.
