I have an eastern antenna on an interior wall. Window is 5 feet away. Behind the east wall is a bathroom. BUT.... I was able to move my antenna one foot to the right, rescan and get the signals. It is not an exact science. Things that mess up signals are: trees, buildings, too close to the foothills of a mountain, chicken wire built into an old house (can stop wifi). An airplane flying over can mess up the signal temporarily. Signals are sent through the air. If you can put closer to a window AND up higher that will help. But don't give up without trying to move the antenna a little distance AND rescan and recheck the TV channels. Good luck!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same thing when I first connected the antenna and it turned out that I didn’t have my TV Channel Search correct. Once I figured that out I’m getting 20 plus stations
