Where is the antenna mounted? The Geek Squad agent who installed mine stated that it is sometimes necessary to mount the antenna elevated on the wall behind your TV. I haven't experienced any reception problems. Receiving twice the channels I expected in my area with this antenna. Try moving the antenna to an elevated spot or facing a different direction. I would also recommend research on signal strength specifications and speaking with Geek Squad Agent at your local Best Buy. I've found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful with technical questions. Hope this helps to solve your issue with the antenna.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This antenna pulls in the weakest station here in Austin, TX. I live about 20 miles from TV tower. As with all antennas you may need to rotate the antenna to get the best reception.
