“I wanted to use this wireless transmitter with a Yamaha RX-V385. But when I connect the transmitter to the receiver I begin getting an error and the receiver say to check the cables. Has anyone tried this same setup?”

Tried a SECOND unit thinking perhaps there was a short in the first one. Same thing. Convinced they are just incompatible and have returned the Rocketfish unit completely.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I received this same error...it happens if you have uncovered a lot of wire and those wires are touching each other. That causes the error to come up. So you can try 1 of these options 1. Cover the excess cable with electric tape. 2. Just bend it in a way that the cables dont touch. 3. Cut the cable and uncover smaller portion of the cable.
