Not sure, but I believe the Rf-WHTIB is an older version of this kit. The receiver unit for the Rf-WHTIB is almost twice the size of this one, based on my unscientific comparison of pictures. It is also not available on BB and costs substantially more elsewhere. There are other options out there, but I am satisfied with my RF-WRSK18 kit.
