“Would switching the speaker wire that comes with this speaker kit to 16 gauge, copper wire improve the sound?”

• Hi! I have the previous version AND this newer version, with the red/black speaker wires that came with them attached to my Denon AVR and have never had any sound quality issues on that end. I use Monster EZ Strip 16 gauge speaker wire with my Martin Logan MLT2 shelf speakers on the Rocketfish receiver end, and for all my speakers, and have not experienced any sound quality issues. That being said, I don't know if changing the speaker wire will make it "sound" better. Clean, tight connections always help. There are forums I've used to learn more about speaker placement and calibration that have helped me improve the sound quality in my set up. Hope that helps!
