If your sump really needs 6.4 amps at 120v, that's over double the power this thing can output on the AC side. P = watts I = amps V = potential, i.e. volts P = IV P = (6.4)(120) P = 768 watts Max peak output is 300 watts for this model. Max continuous output is 250w. You would need four of these units hooked in parallel to power your sump pump. I would look at something else.
