The 512 GB version was definitely the right choice for me however you can add an additional memory card. 1 TB Memory Card will help store game files specifically your Games you buy from Steam.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can either swap the SSD for a bigger one later OR use a micro Sd card. That's up to you. BUT some people are claiming SD card failure from how hot the unit gets WHERE the SD card is actually located. Internally it right beside a heat pipe. Others are claiming they have used SD card for MONTHS and not a single issue. I personally will later on just swap it for a 2TB SSD when I can get one on sale and CLONE the 512gb to it. easy peasy. Hope that helped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’d say it’s enough for a few games and you can always upgrade it with a higher capacity “2230 M.2 SSD” to replace the stock 512GB SSD. If you don’t want to open it up and replace the SSD, you can always just buy an external SSD or a micro SD card to store more games, however, I know most people have had their SD cards damaged by heat due to how the Ally was designed.
