• Yes but you need a 4k tv and attachment device but honestly depends what you aim to play in it so far I have had ZERO issues cause 1080 p and 4k there not a huge difference it’s all in how you view it

• I wouldn't hook a 4k monitor to it. But you could using usb C. I hook a 1440p and it runs windows great. Gaming at 1440p is mixed. Just lower res and runs games like on machine.
